Piper Arrow is an ideal complex trainer as well as an excellent cross-country
rental aircraft. This one is particularly nice with a leather interior,
new paint, autopilot, Rosen sun visors, and a Garmin 430 color IFR GPS.
The aircraft also makes transition to the Seneca easier since the panels are the
same. Insurance requires 150 hours total time with 25 hours in retractable gear
aircraft and a checkout by an instructor before solo rental. 10 hours dual
can be substituted for the 25 hours. This aircraft has a useful load of
977 lbs. and cruises at 150 MPH.
